The dogs are unfortunately treated with intense favoritism, which is arguably encouraged by staff. they are shady, fake, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. you are there to make their lives easier and they rarely lift a finger for their employees in return. when it comes to money, even with experience, you are paid the least amount possible. only one of them takes their job seriously. there is no respect among coworkers and the management is a joke. not only is the work culture unfair and toxic, but if you aren’t liked by certain managers or people “in charge”, you are treated less than human.
